Becoming an expert through self-training

Next to making sure you get a quick answer to any question you have, we also strongly believe in enabling you to do it yourself rather than do it for you. We also believe in the ‘train the trainer’ approach. That's why we provide you with all the resources you need, regardless of the phase in your engagement project or platform set-up or how familiar you are with the platform or with online community engagement in general.
